Overview:  
Develop and drive the integrated marketing and communications strategy for Kelly Education, working closely with multiple teams across the business, including PR, Brand, Sales, and Operations.  
Work closely with Head of Marketing for Kelly Education on the strategic planning and execution of proactive B2B and B2C marketing and PR campaigns to strengthen our reach and brand recognition in early childhood education, K-12, and higher education spaces. You will coordinate internal resources and external vendors, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will assist in defining project scope and objectives and ensure proper resources are in place and scheduled to meet deadlines. 
Develop and refine our overall messaging and value propositions for talent and clients alike. As such, this role is expected to understand the nuances of education, specifically what drives buying decisions among B2B stakeholders at schools and/or colleges and universities. 
Effectively track marketing and PR campaign metrics and performance aligned to business objectives and demonstrate ROI. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Work with the Head of Marketing and Head of Strategic Communications to successfully design integrated marketing and PR programs for the business unit—both talent and client segments—that will enhance positioning within the education marketplace.  
Leverage our OGSMs (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) to create marketing plans and actions that support overall growth efforts.  
Manage projects, assign responsibilities, provide strategic and creative direction, monitor, prioritize and manage deadlines, and summarize progress of projects, in order to keep them on time and within budget.  
Ensure marketing and communications messaging supports and differentiates Kelly Education in the education space and is consistent across all marketing campaigns and materials.  
Recommend creative (but practical) ideas for integrating sophisticated PR/communications— including influencer, social media, and thought leadership strategies—into our marketing campaigns to raise the profile of Kelly Education and our education executive team. 
Work collaboratively with direct peers across our Integrated Marketing & Innovation (IMI), Brand, Content, Operations and Communication teams, as well as stakeholders within the business unit and external agencies, to develop campaigns and provide direction on messaging and execution. 
Regularly audit campaign success with IMI and external agency partners (marketing and PR) and make strategic recommendations to meet business objectives. 
Understand and leverage social media platforms to amplify the Kelly Education brand with target audiences. 
Establish measurement capabilities and monitor the performance of sales and recruiting campaigns to measure effectiveness. 
Identify ways to leverage successful sales and recruiting initiatives to make them easily adaptable and available to the Kelly Education sales and recruiting teams. 
Provide internal marketing support and lead the communication and distribution of marketing materials to ensure sales and recruiting teams are aware of and can easily access marketing tools.  

Skills Required:  
Strong understanding of integrated marketing and communications best practices  
Proven track record of synchronizing marketing and public relations activities to meet business objectives 
Strong digital marketing acumen 
Higher education or K-12 marketing experience 
Possess excellent written communication skills and verbal presentation skills 
Ability to consult with peers and teams across functions on strategic objectives, messaging, and the most effective marketing channels  
Fluid at building relationships to lead the work effort of cross-functional team members 
Experience with CRMs (i.e. Salesforce), marketing automation, and social media management platforms  
Ability to communicate marketing strategy and influence business outcomes/strong interpersonal skills 
Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail, execution, and multitasking skills  
Ability to work autonomously 
Must possess business maturity and emotional intelligence  
Able to handle pressure well and work under deadlines 
Ability to measure and evaluate campaign performance and provide ROI measures  

Qualifications Required:  
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in marketing, PR, business or other related field of study 
5-7 years marketing experience  
10% travel

Salary range is $75,000 to $95,000, depending on experience
