Kelly's Training and Development Organization is looking for an experienced Nesting Site Manager to oversee the nesting process for new hires and transitional training across multiple functions. The role will have oversight of and responsibility for nesting team performance and the successful growth of learners into contact center production functions. The Nesting Site Manager is a people leader serving as a central point of contact for nesting functions and building client relationships. 

Planning and Managing: 

  • Manages nesting team activities, projects, and staff and is responsible for direction, coordination, planning, and assigning work
  • Aligns nesting resources to meet forecasted class and production needs
  • Develops and maintains relationships with client counterparts
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Service Delivery to the client base
  • Develops work processes
  • Executes work procedures, schedules, and expedites workflow
  • Makes necessary changes based on schedules, promotions, other  anticipated events, and ongoing data/information
  • Monitors team performance and drives improvement
  • Develops plans and tactics for meeting and surpassing performance goals/ metrics, quality standards, and employee retention
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and building of strategic relationships
  • Identify and ensure we are engaged in activities that support customers' short and long term strategies
  • Management of expenses
  • Support business practice operational initiatives

Performance Management and Development of Staff

  • Motivates staff and is responsible for morale-building activities
  • Completes performance review of staff
  • Coaches and counsels staff to improve performance and address issues
  • Identifies staff development opportunities
  • Promotes training that will provide an opportunity for improved performance and career development
  • Ensure consistency in HR practice

Minimum Education Required:  Bachelors Degree preferred or Equivalent Work Experience

Skills Required:  

  • Must be in good standing and no written corrective action within the last 6 months
  • Must be current Supervisor or Site Manager with Applecare Program 
  • Must have at least 6 months experience in Supervisor Role 
  • Nesting or training team experience desired but not required
  • Ability to create presentation decks, compile data in Excel, and document processes
  • Presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to interface with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to coach ongoing skills development  as well as address performance issues
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism
  • Process and people supervision skills/experience
  • Able to multi-task and problem solve
  • Analyze data 
  • Strong sense of team
  • Upbeat with the ability to lead and motivate others
  • Project management skills
  • Works well in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage a virtual team
