We are looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to research & analyze our current operating procedures and provide solutions to implement continuous improvement within our Business Unit. 

This is a critical role that will enhance your resume by working directly at Kelly Services - a large, global, publicly traded company.  

This is a REMOTE role {work from home anywhere in the USA}


  • Perform time studies, processing mapping and optimization 15%
  • Perform data analysis 20%
  • Develop business cases and perform ROI analysis 10%
  • Identify RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for process replacement or enhancements and guidance on where to invest 5%
  • Implement and launch new processes, identify and develop process improvements to shorten sales and recruiting cycles 25%
  • Project manage multiple simultaneous efforts 10%
  • Collaborate with multiple departments (Recruiting, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, HR) 10%
  • Increase speed to revenue and gross profit via process optimization 5%


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering OR Systems Engineering OR Chemical Engineering
  • 3+ Years Process Mapping and Optimization Experience
  • 3+ Years Data and ROI Analysis
  • Consulting and Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling
    • Any of these software’s are a plus PowerBI, Power App, Visio, Tableau, Sheets, SQL, R, Python, MATLAB
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and Kaizen Methodology experience (preferred)
  • Driven to succeed - solutions oriented

  • Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills
  • Staffing and Recruiting industry experience (a plus)
  • Work Location: This job can be performed anywhere except in the state of Colorado. Colorado residents will not be considered for this job posting.
