As an RPO Associate Recruiter you will be part of a recruiting team focused on building positive relationships and drive candidate and client engagement throughout the entire recruitment life cycle. 

Duties:

  • Screen, interview and submit qualified candidates to Recruiters and/or Hiring Managers
  • Schedule, coordinate and participate in the interviewing process and coordinate the feedback/selection of candidates
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new hires
  • Help keep candidates warm during the interview process and manage candidate inquires as needed
  • Interact with and communicate candidate updates to Recruiting Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Team and other key partners 
  • Provide “white glove” customer service and build relationships that ensure the Recruiter and the Client is happy
  • Participate in strategic sourcing activities and build networks across all channels utilizing all methodologies available when required
  • Work with Client to coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new full-time employees
  • Enter and manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely manner, includes but not limited to scrubbing requisitions, candidate engagement, moving applicants through the process, filling & closing requisitions
  • Comply with all regulatory/legal requirements and company policies

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1+ years of Recruiting or Recruiting Coordinator experience; RPO experience a plus
  • Previous experience recruiting for exempt roles, preferred 
  • Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent
  • Experience successfully identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks
