As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a manufacturing company, and you will independently take over parts of the recruitment process for blue collar but as well for white collar workers. Your core tasks include intake calls with our client and briefing the agencies, screening applications documents, sifting CVs to the Hiring Manager and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. You will be primarily responsible for the UK market, but will also support Germany, Belgium, Holland and the Nordics if required.


-          1+ years’ administrative experience in a business setting, providing administrative support and customer service, preferably in a recruiting environment

-          Initial experience in recruiting and recruiting logistics/ coordination is preferred

-          first working experience, for example in corporate recruiting or with an agency is nice to have

-          Service-oriented mindset and experience dealing with customers

-          Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication skills

-          Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy
