We are seeking a full-time virtual Compensation Coordinator based in India. Kelly is the 5th largest professional services organization in the world. We are located in 37 different countries and we are excited to be expanding our Compensation Team.


  • Partners with Compensation Consultants, Finance, Sales Leadership, and other internal stakeholders to effectively administer sales incentive programs.
  • Established appropriate relationships with stakeholders and responds to questions about the incentive programs.  keeps all parties up to date on upcoming payouts.
  • Coordinates getting all necessary data to accurately and timely process payout calculations.
  • Communicates calculations with sales leadership for review and approval.
  • Keeps sales staff up to date on status of upcoming payments.
  • Sends payments to payroll.
  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Handles general issues and problems and partners with others on more complex issues.
  • Partners with team to provide input and suggestions on process improvements.
  • Supports other projects within the Compensation Team as workload allows.
