Talent Solutions-Berater

The Talent Solutions Consultant is responsible for facilitating the hiring process of temporary workers through the use of an e-procurement tool and managing the relationships between the client and the suppliers. You will be responsible for the hiring process and would independently manage tasks such as order management and data entry. You are also the first point of contact for customers and suppliers. This means you are good at administrative tasks while service and support are paramount to you. They want to help where it is needed and can be flexible.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Recruitment process – CV screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, tracking that we are honoring agreements, hiring workers.

• Ensure documentation and management are completed in a timely manner. Entry of data in e-procurement tool and customer system.

• You ensure that all related contractor onboarding and offboarding compliance documentation is executed and maintained.

• You ensure that KPI and SLA targets are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery.

• Build customer and supplier relationships through professional relationship, consistent follow-up and maintenance of contact, and continuous communication.

• Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide/implement appropriate solutions.

If necessary, escalate.

• Collaborate with and support your colleagues as needed.

Minimum experience and education requirements:

• HR/Staffing: More than 1 year experience in the recruitment industry, technology customer service or service support.

• Relevant education preferred bachelor's degree.

• Knowledge of German labor law is mandatory (employee leasing).

• German and English spoken and written.

• SAP experience would be an advantage.

Skills:

• Familiar with web-based/vendor management system (Example VMS: Fieldglass)

• Fast and efficient on the job

• Strong administrative skills

Interpersonal and communication skills:

• Effective written and spoken communication and understanding.

• Customer service approach, able to guide customers and suppliers, consultative interaction with customers, able to handle difficult conversations and situations.

• Proactively follow up with supervisors, suppliers and tasks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams/colleagues.
