You’re an inquisitive problem-solver who has profound empathy for customers and a keenness to put yourself in their shoes.  You’re part analytical, part creative, and part educator.  You understand how to find the right problem to solve, and you’re obsessed with framing the problem in a way that makes the solution obvious.

As a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer, you’ll lead major UX projects and guide the direction of User Experience for the organization, working with stakeholders on design, usability, and accessibility of multiple experiences within our digital talent ecosystem. If you’re enthusiastic about turning insights into impactful user journeys, and dedicated to enhancing customer digital experiences, we’d like to meet you.
