Your Opportunity for Impact

The Sourcing Specialist assists in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for recruiting/placement creating efficiencies and assisting in the achievement of strategic goals. This is achieved through the utilization of traditional and nontraditional sourcing strategies and the successful execution of the onboarding process. 



Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all sourced candidates 
  • Partner with Recruiters to execute sourcing strategies that result in client satisfaction 
  • Source and identify candidates for open positions through various channels, including internal position responses, referrals, internet tools, direct recruiting, job fairs, etc. to ensure timely, quality candidate placements and a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates 
  • Facilitate the selection process including verbal prescreening and assessing candidates 
  • Respond promptly to candidate, internal team via email, phone or in-person 
  • Communicate with clarity and impact, written and verbal communication are to the point and have desired impact. 
  • Solicit feedback to improve service 

Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • 1+years experience in a Recruiter or Sourcing role
  • Customer Service, staffing, recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience with sourcing tools (ie. LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS)
