The Kelly Education Strategic Account Manager is instrumental in the overall success of our client partnerships and leading all aspects of the team responsible for service delivery. The SAM serves as a business partner, representing Kelly Education’s brand, to the client by acting as an extension of the client’s HR department, and by ensuring consistent and acceptable service levels are delivered. This individual will serve as the final partner concern point for service successes and issues.
The success of this individual will be highly impacted by their ability to communicate effectively, retain, and grow opportunities through strong working relationships with the client, and the development of effective partnerships with the relevant KE functions and able to optimally lead and develop a team of A-players.
This role will sit on-site at the client location and/or branch office with flexibility to work remotely.
Does this sound like you?
· 5+ years of proven experience in staffing, marketing, or other relevant fields demonstrating:
- P&L management and accountability
- Depth of working operational knowledge on total supply chain
- History of success in account strategy and management
- Successful with crafting and maintaining high-level client relationships
