Business Unit Shared Services Financial Manager 
Your Opportunity for Impact
This individual provides financial management and support for Shared Services Finance.  They must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and manage team members.   This individual needs to be highly detail oriented.  They must have excellent Microsoft Excel and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Provide financial management of the customer rebate process, including interpreting contracts, communicating with end-users, management and Accounting; analyzing, accruing and processing payment of rebates and directing analyst level staff
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting in support of customer profit and analysis
  • Responsible for reporting and variance analysis for revenue, gross profit, expense and earnings
  • Provide new and ad hoc reporting and analysis based on business needs
  • Responsible for monthly close activities, including accrual reconciliations and writing journal entries

Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills required; strong communication skills; ability to work with sales, operations and high level management; broad knowledge of Accounting/Finance principles, economic and forecasting concepts.

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree preferred, Accounting or Finance
  • 5-7 years prior experience in accounting and finance
