Recruiting Manager – Canada


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Manager will manage a large team of recruiters (4 or more).
  • Grows/Develops Talent:  Provides regular feedback, coaching and development support, and overcomes challenges related to remote management.
  • Measurement: Can manage performance via deliverables and metrics
  • Collaboration: Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed environment.  Ability to work closely with Account Executive Managers to match local market demand with supply.
  • High Impact Communication:  Presents self and ideas in a highly credible and articulate manner.
  • Passion for Execution:  Drives for results and demonstrates a commitment to Kelly’s success.
  • Builds Customer/Candidate Commitment: Builds and maintains long-term profitable relationships.
  • Culture:  Can create a spirited, driven, results oriented culture which enables performance and retention.
  • Financial Acumen: Understands how the business makes money and how recruitment & employee decisions impact the financial targets.



Education/Experience:

  • Preferred Education Level:  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 4+ years required in recruiting (Professional Technical (PT) recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition)
  • 2+ years in relevant product (Engineering, Finance, IT, Science)
  • 2+ year people management experience required, preference given to those with experience leading a team of PT or niche/specialized recruiters
  • Experience leading remote recruiters preferred



Salary range:  $87,700 - $116,200
