With a focus on detail and organization the new Marketing Project Manager will support and report to the Director of Brand to drive Kelly brand initiatives across the company’s global operations. The ideal candidate is a high-reaching individual who can work autonomously, deal with ambiguity and ensure the efficient delivery of our marketing projects. They will be proactively planning, organizing, and directing project and creative workflows for keystone brand campaigns and our masterbrand revitalization. This individual will be responsible coordinating the flow of work to ensure that campaigns are completed on time for launch or to meet activation schedule. They will be working closely with peers across the department in creative studio, comms, data & insights, social, employee relations, as well as senior leaders across the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with Brand team and other department leaders to align project strategy and requirements.
  • Deliver and measure successful projects by running meetings, aligning, and directing resources, providing status updates, and ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with the Brand Team and Creative Studio Team on each new project to understand what it takes to get the job done. Will be responsible for directing work to various partners.
  • Monitor project progress; handle issues and customer concerns that arise; document and follow up on critical actions, decisions, issues, and risks.
  • Handle all project-related meetings, ensuring all partners are represented, meeting goals are met, and outcomes are logged.
  • Develop project plan for each project, creating appropriate tasks and milestones in the project management system (Asana).
  • Remove impediments that prevents a team from completing the work it has negotiated for a given project.
  • Form relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
  • May perform additional related job duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
  • 7+ years of project management or related experience. Marketing, branding or agency/Studio production preferred.
  • Organized, self-starter who excels at prioritizing and planning multi-stakeholder initiatives and contending priorities.
  • Confirmed ability to handle multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the creative development process, concept development, production, and delivery preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead, facilitate, and present to large groups and senior leadership.
  • Proactive problem-solving, both technically and creatively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in various project management tools (Asana).
