Your Opportunity for Impact
Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group (OCG) is looking for a Client Services Procurement Specialist. This position facilitates and monitors the Statement of Work (SOW) process life cycle and establishes and cultivates relationships between the Supplier and the Engagement Managers ensuring all processes are performed in a timely manner.

  • Facilitate the SOW process lifecycle by: engaging, educating, monitoring, and ensuring the execution of the SOW processes for both suppliers and hiring managers
  • Provide SOW program education by conducting just-in-time training to Suppliers and Managers when resolving issues
  • Distribute information and materials using e-technology tool and coordinate the review of the proposed answers on behalf of the customer
  • Monitor approvals, create amendments for changes, track purchase order spend and monitor project end date
  • Ensure timely submittal of milestone payments, audit for accurate invoicing information, research and resolve supplier payment issues
  • Negotiate rates to ensure they are aligned with current market rates and closely related to the necessary project criteria
  • Confirm assignment logistics between customer and supplier regarding the contractor’s assignment information (i.e., start and end date, location, rates, hours, etc.)
  • Proactively identify issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions by conducting resource planning with the customer to anticipate future staffing needs
  • Ensure that all key service delivery objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement of service delivery processes and in maintaining and improving stakeholder experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment, staffing, SOW / MSP experience
  • Must have strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision, prioritize, and possess outstanding time management skills
