The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring implementation and operations teams have the knowledge and tools to effectively leverage the technology they represent to optimize delivery of MSP products and services to end clients.   The responsibility includes having a deep understanding for how technology and process work together to demo, train, recommend best practice and leverage data and analytics to provide teams with the best opportunity to deliver their programs successfully.  The Product Delivery Manager also contributes to the development of requirements for future enhancements based on their exposure to what is happening in the business.   

Responsibilities 
  • Identify potential opportunities for efficiencies within processes that may be enabled by innovative technology or automation.  Liaise with front-line business users and leaders across functions to document technology requirements based on client and team operational delivery needs. 
  • Create implementation and change management plans that will effectively deploy technologies and related process into both current and future programs.  Develop training materials and work instructions for assigned technology.
  • Monitor launches and expansions to ensure the desired outcomes and benefits are achieved.  Monitor operations use of technology through data and analytics to ensure adoption (understand lack of adoption), identify areas for improvement and growth, and determine root causes of problem areas.
  • Create best practice content and effectively host ongoing education sessions with broader organization.  Establish a regular cadence to manage relationship with IT or technology partner to ensure effective delivery including marketing, selling, implementation and operation.
  • Leverage insights to contribute to the development of product roadmaps and technology enhancements.  Coordinate and partner with external vendors to optimize usage, education and engagement of partner platforms including but not limited to data evaluation, usage reports, training, and support.
  • Enable governance and assist with prioritizing enhancements, gathering requirements, and enabling IT or technology partner to improve technology.
  • Work with technology deployment teams to effectively launch the technology innovations for use in the organization including training program teams and encouraging adoption.  Conduct demonstrations of technology with clients to illustrate value during opportunity pursuits.
  • Provide real-time support for users and manage escalated issues in accordance with predetermined SLAs.  Contribute to the definition of standards and make final decisions with the appropriate input across functions.

Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 10-15 years of experience in staffing industry most of which should be in the MSP space
  • Must have a firm understanding of the MSP operations with use of a various technology solutions (required 7-10 years) 
  • Working or technical experience with 3rd party technology tools designed for MSP programs (VMS tools) (required 5-7 years)
  • Demonstrated track record of success in project management or in leading teams (cross functional or direct) through initiatives (required 2-3 years)
  • Prior experience with the design and configuration of technology solutions. (Required 2-3 years)
