The Data Analyst assists the HR Analytics Team and all HR departments with analysis and reporting of data supporting the HRIS system, ATS systems and SQL server. 

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • The reporting analyst will be responsible for running/publishing, maintaining, and editing existing reports that are needed to support the practice. 
  • The reporting analyst must have the ability to review and audit code written by other
  • Most have a growth mindset and ability to learn and grow new skills as they enter the market
  • Reporting and documenting technical issues
  • Report bugs and errors to the development team
  • 4DX – Operating System Lead
    • Work with the International SPP to maintain accurate data in the 4DX Operating System
    • Design and execute monthly reporting on the 4DX impact for the International Leadership team

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 Years’ Experience required in Analysis, Reporting, Auditing
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • Experience with Power Bi or Tableau preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word Skills

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, PC skills
  • Ability to test plans, debug code, and improve usability of dashboards
  • Must be a strong Excel user familiar with advanced formula
  • Experience analyzing and trending large amounts of data.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening. 
  • Ability to work confidently with multiple levels of the Internal practice team. 
  • Ability to interpret customer needs, problem-solve, and make recommendations.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and growth mindset
  • Efficient time management skills to meet reporting deadlines.
