This role is responsible for the development and delivery of new, recurring and/or ad-hoc market rate cards for KOCG clients.  Individual is considered to be a subject matter expert (SME) on Kelly Services’ Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KOCG) market rate methodology and labor market factors that may influence the outcome of the rate card.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver market rate analyses to internal stakeholders (program management office or PMO, or other KOCG account management staff) and /or client on a recurring basis.  Interact with program office and client in support of the production of deliverables and issue resolution. Provide market rate analysis support on a recurring and /or ad-hoc basis as required.

Tasks
  • Develop and deliver market rate analysis for PMO and / or client which will determine the best Not to Exceed (NTE) rate to be utilized during sourcing
  • Perform market rate research utilizing outside 3rd party sources such as EMSI, Indeed, Talent Neuron, RatePoint.
  • Effectively manage time and track steps in process
  • Provide deliverables on-time that are complete and accurate
  • Develop and run reports out of Vendor Management System / VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline) or other tools (such as Kelly Services proprietary systems where required)
  • Prepare / analyze reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, Descriptive Statistics, etc.) on a recurring basis
  • Research / analyze trends proactively to help the business to identify client cost savings, KOCG growth opportunities and / or resolve various business challenges when it comes to the NTE rates
  • Conduct meetings with PMO and / or client to discuss and review market rate analysis results

Requirements
  • Minimum Education Required:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • In What Field of study:  Business-related; business intelligence; data analytics
  • Minimum Years Experience Required:  2 to 4 years professional experience           
  • In What Capacity:  Staffing; Business Intelligence/Data Analytics
  • Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to develop and promote strong customer relationships and effectively work with all levels of management
  • Ability to interpret customer needs, problem solve, and make recommendations 
  • Detail oriented; able to independently verify completeness & accuracy of work product 
  • Analytical ability – research and resolve issues using data; experience in analyzing and trending large amounts of data
  • Process-oriented with efficient time management skills to meet deadlines  
  • Advanced Excel user familiar with advanced logical formulas and data summarization techniques, including vlookups, iferror statements, etc.
  • Proficient in report development and generation in VMS tools (e.g. Fieldglass, IQN, Peoplefluent, Beeline); understanding of VMS program operations a plus
  • Proficient in other MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work independently; demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to deliver in a changing environment with constantly changing business needs and priorities.
