Your opportunity for impact

The Payroll and Compliance Specialist reports directly to the Sr Talent Advisor or Talent Services Lead for the overall operations support for the Education Practice payroll and compliance. This role requires frequent contact with Talent and the Central Education Practice Payroll Team. This important role ensures all Kelly employees are paid promptly and accurately and resolves payroll complaints and issues efficiently. Responsibilities also include more complex administration duties and particularly problem-solving tasks. This role may be asked to produce reports and statistics.

·         2+ years payroll, customer service or staffing experience preferred

·         Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form 

·         Interpersonal and decision-making skills are required. 

·         Attention to detail 

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritize 

·         Ability to use good judgement and sound decision making
