Your Opportunity for Impact

Provide technical accounting and internal control over financial reporting guidance for the Company’s international/US subsidiary locations, as well as implementation support for newly acquired subsidiaries, and assist with project management and/or financial analysis support for other special projects as assigned.


  • Provide U.S. GAAP accounting and financial controls technical guidance, and support its application for international/US subsidiary locations in conjunction with international/US subsidiary finance teams
  • Responsible for tracking, review, and assessment of required quarterly reporting from international/US subsidiary finance teams
  • Prepare intercompany invoices and reconcile intercompany accounts for US subsidiaries, including problem solving various issues as they arise
  • Perform internal control testing on a sample basis for US subsidiaries, and assist in the tracking and remediation of deficiencies and process improvements identified by auditors and/or management globally
  • Draft and update process/controls documentation
  • Provide financial analysis support for other special accounting/controls projects as assigned
  • Interact with Internal Audit and PwC related to work performed or to assist other team members

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors' degree in accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • 5+ years in Accounting or Financial Controls/Audit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to confidently summarize information and deliver technical information to higher level management, solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting and auditing concepts as well as Sarbanes-Oxley ICFR requirements, strong analytical and PC skills, ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with international and US finance teams, strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
