The head of Solution Enablement is accountable for leading a diverse team of resources that implement Managed Service Program (MSP) and Master Vendor with technology (MVwT) solutions for KellyOCG and other Kelly Services business units (BU’s). The Solution Enablement group includes resources covering supply chain engagement & enablement contracts & legislative compliance, financial design implementation, operations and technology consultants. The leader of this group must work closely with Kelly business unit management to agree on the resources and associated project timelines so clients have the necessary enablement resources for a successful launch. The Solution Enablement Leader is responsible for ensuring the organization stays aligned with each business unit’s overall growth strategy drive Kelly Playbook behaviors within the entire group.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead a large team of 60-70 solution enablement resources
• Leverage relationships developed with key Kelly leadership and third-party partners to:
o Advocate for and promote the value of Solution Enablement
o Stay closely connected to the BU’s and always be in position to help solve their most complex problems
• Drive structural and process optimization for Solution Enablement, ensuring that current service levels remain at or above optimal SLA’s.
• Ensure that Solution Enablement resources are capable, competent and available to support the sales, design and launch of Kelly’s solutions.
• Collaborate with KellyOCG leaders to understand pipeline for resource planning purposes.
• Collaborate with KellyOCG group leaders to align on resource training/expertise required and to provide guidance for the continued development of the team.
• Ensure that pricing quotes for implementation reflect current processes and support the change request protocol throughout the design and implementation process as required.
• Develop and maintain performance standards across the group
• Continue to identify and develop improvements of processes, methodologies and tools including automation and technology to reduce solution cost/timing, enhance visibility and control, simplify and enhance user experience, etc. Sponsor technology projects and initiatives successfully as they are identified.
• Assist in management of building of Solution Enablement metrics via PowerBI and any other future applications. Ensure that metrics are achieved and reported to businesses in a format that drives value.
• Manage planning and monitoring of budgets and other expenditures
• Lead through example and engage as required to support sales and operations for complex issues, escalations and/ or product expertise.
• Advocate for innovation and effectively lead through change. Create and foster a culture of accountability throughout the design and implementation process. Assist in connecting Product Development/Management teams and implementation to create products that will create growth and differentiate Kelly in market.
• As appropriate, act as executive sponsor for key implementation projects
• Build collaborative relationships with Kelly internal teams
• Personally demonstrate the Kelly Playbook behaviors and drive them within the team

Qualifications Required:

• 12+ years’ experience in the workforce solutions industry. Of which, approximately 5 years’ experience leading key components of workforce solutions (operations, technology, financial services, data management, supplier support, etc.).
• Strong knowledge and proven track record in the workforce solutions industry
• Understand financial aspects within select product specialization, including the operational P&L, solution proforma, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across cultures, lines of business, and geographies
• Ability to understand financial concepts to make pricing decisions
• Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Able to collaborate across the entire organization and with external stakeholders
• Possess strong operational skills that will drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
• Willing and able to address escalated client issues with speed and urgency
• Proven success applying innovative and creative problem-solving skills – driven to win in the market
• Recommend new solutions and improvements while utilizing best practices and standards; recognizing that they may exist within the client environment, within the Kelly family of products/solutions or via the KellyOCG supply chain
• Keeps abreast of important domestic and global trends that impact the business or organization (technological, competitive, social, economic, etc.)
• Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

 Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing project management methodology and tools
• Operational Client Management experience preferred
• Diverse exposure in multiple proactive/solutions
• Operated in a business development and/or program management function
