The VP EMEA OCG Operations Lead has accountability for the growth and delivery of existing customers in EMEA with the objective to aggressively grow OCG revenue and operational earnings as per the OCG strategic plan through effectively managing sales growth and operational delivery.

Focused solutions include MSP and Advisory Services solutions delivered to our customers across the EMEA region. The EMEA OCG Operations Lead will work to collaborate with other global leaders to include in OCG & Vantage as well as leadership within of Kelly International and Country Group Leads to align on collaboration initiatives, and cross sell where appropriate – driving capture rate and wallet share opportunities.

To include but not limited to.

  • Create, establish, and provide high level leadership and strategy for the establishment of client focused service delivery models
  • Collaboratively and strategically work with key internal and external stakeholders on business plans/strategies which will both meet the customers’ needs and provide Kelly with an appropriate level of profitability
  • Strategically balance the needs/expectations of the entire portfolio of accounts, while managing the P&L effectively to accomplish the company’s growth and contribution targets
  • Establish the vision and strategic direction for operationalizing current and new service offerings
  • Ensure strategic processes are in place to confirm adherence to customer contract requirements and consistency in service delivery

Knowledge and Skills.

The EMEA OCG Operations Lead must possess strong ability to develop a strategy/business plan, operational model and P&L structure and be accountable for growth and delivery execution for Kelly’s existing portfolio. In addition, must demonstrate collaboration skills, communication proficiency, problem-solving, Influencing, and analytical skills, excellent management and leadership skills and strong business acumen.

You will demonstrate the following.

  • Strong financial acumen, critical thinker, and decision maker to understand internal company and client business strategy and translate that into action
  • Experience managing/influencing other high-level leaders; Industry experience and knowledge of managing entire Talent Supply Chain
  • Must be able to strategically lead in a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Extensive proven experience in a leadership role with progressive operations and/or account management/sales responsibility in a complex workforce solutions space.
