Operations Specialist – Contract Role – Virtual

Kelly has an excellent virtual opportunity for an Operations Specialist. This position supports multiple accounts and reports to the Operations Supervisor.

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for the below:

  • Completing high complexity task work which includes tasks related to payment to employees, billing, audit and contract compliance and customer technology support
  • Meeting SLAs and other deadlines as required by contracts and business leaders
  • Consulting on process design and improvements

Essential Functions:

This position will support tasks for multiple locations for several of Kelly’s large accounts, including the following:

  • Process Bonus requests and submit to payroll weekly
  • Partner with Consulting Advisors to implement new bonus programs
  • Process PTO requests and submit to payroll weekly
  • Process Holiday Pay and submit to payroll as needed
  • Process Shut Down Pay as needed
  • Manage kickouts from Payroll for PTO and Holiday submissions
  • Payroll discrepancy research and resolution
  • Submit billing into VMS tools
  • Special Projects as needed
  • Other account support as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years operational or administrative experience
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and V-Lookup
  • Intermediate level Excel proficiency is preferred, as well as experience with Microsoft Outlook

This position will pay $18.00 per Hour.
