The Product Strategist will partner with the Product Developer on targeted product area to drive on-going ideation, concept/prototypes and ultimately lead full product development in concert with legal, sales, operations, and finance.


Responsibilities

  • Establishing, leading and driving the Innovation Culture for Kelly
  • Traditional Agile Product Development
  • Talent Agile Product Development
  • Digital re-engineering of existing solutions
  • Execute the agile product development process
  • The ability to recognize that the future of work that will transcend current boundaries and consider how all products and solutions under their responsibility should be positioned in the market to take advantage of new and innovative growth strategies
  • The ability to manage projects & influence executive leaders with executive presence
  • Support efforts in the company to harness ideation and promote a culture of innovation
  • Experience in modern product development processes especially agile development techniques such as rapid prototyping
  • Track record in primary research into unmet needs and turning insights into actionable opportunities with embedded technology
  • Aptitude for bringing to market new product and/or service solutions with a significant technology component


Requirements

  • Strategic thinker
  • Staffing operational experience preferred
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Creative problem solving  
  • 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry
