The ideal Corporate Recruiting Operations Specialist is a highly collaborative, analytical and systems savvy individual who provides consultative expertise and oversight of recruiting systems and processes. This role will focus on current and future systems optimization, as well as, implementation of new recruiting technology solutions, and the integration with other existing HR &/or Recruiting systems. Furthermore, this role acts as a liaison between the Corporate Recruiting and IT teams, as well as technology vendors.

• Actively participates in creating audit plans and testing of system upgrades and new configurations
• Function as an ATS subject matter expert and actively participate in optimization to ensure efficient recruiting processes and operations
• Act as a resource for consultation and design questions for all existing and proposed TA systems
• Create and send communications related to recruiting system related changes, issues, or upgrades
• Responsible for change management activities (in partnership with other TA Ops Specialist &/or Sr Manager)
• In partnership with other TA Ops Specialists, manage day-to-day maintenance of approved jobs, all templates, incentive language, onboarding documents, etc.
• Maintain working knowledge of other integrated applications and/or interfaces
• Increase the productivity of internal teams by suggesting design and process/workflow improvements (including optimizing systems to meet evolving business needs and process automation)
• Troubleshoot reported functional system issues; interface with Kelly teams & vendors to ensure systems are operating as expected and issues are resolved.

About You
• Take the initiative to identify and respond to opportunities for improvement.
• Have at least one year of administrative, staffing, or recruitment support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Applicant tracking systems experience a plus.
