Kelly’s Digital Transformation Group (DTG) is spearheading Kelly’s business transformation.  Unlocking the potential of our businesses and our solutions, with the goal of creating market differentiating experiences with talent / clients / suppliers is critical.  Unlocking this potential and creating this value with key stakeholder groups is one of the keys of our business transformation, but it will only be possible if we transform the culture and ways of working across the company.  As a result, we are looking to hire an Enterprise Agility Leader who is responsible for influencing and maturing our enterprise agility at Kelly.  This individual will lead and guide work teams that are responsible for designing and implementing agility frameworks, enterprise training, coaching engagement, community forums and success metrics. This position is highly visible and will have direct access and influence over executives and senior leaders. Enthusiasm, critical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster strong collaboration and relationships are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
  • Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events
  • Communicate organizational impediments to leadership, clear impediments for the team
  • Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the team(s) you coach
  • Coach product owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog
  • Appreciate the depths of Lean and Agile practices and principles, help teams appreciate them
  • Teach systems thinking and servant leadership
  • Design, implement and improve upon a vision for how digital transformation can be executed at Kelly
  • Manage a team of people (directly or indirectly) that delivers that vision
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously revise our strategic direction
  • Support the development of the Digital Transformation Management Office team

Skills

  • Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile Certification(s) 
  • Ability to strongly coach and mentor
  • Experience using agile delivery toolsets (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira Align) Knowledge and understanding of project methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s)
  • Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across products or technology strategies
  • Ability to foster collaboration and eliminate barriers between Agile and non-Agile teams
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess new or unfamiliar issues, working through potential solutions/risks
  • Ability to coordinate and navigate the organization to guide Leadership towards Agile methods
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills - incorporating feedback as part of regular dialogue and actively check-in if actions are addressing areas of feedback

Experience

·         15+ years Technology, Enterprise Agility, Product Development, Training & Coaching in the service and technology industry

·         Strategic Thinking, Strong Execution & Delivery, Relationship Builder, Leadership

·         Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
