  • Work directly with the customer and project team to ensure that the data deliverables are coordinated with the activities involved in the implementation
  • Verify that the data migrates into the VMS technology on time with the highest degree of accuracy in support of the overall MSP program requirements
  • Effectively and efficiently manage all data management activities to successfully implement customer requirements into the VMS technology to ensure an on-time go live
  • Work with customers to obtain all required transactional data, applying Kelly’s data migration methodology for final preparation and migration into VMS technologies
  • Act as a data migration subject matter expert offering best practices and process recommendations to achieve a successful implementation
  • Create, prepare and present updates on the data migration progress and data quality, to key customer stakeholders on an ongoing basis, including establishing and assigning ownership for data migration/cleansing action items
  • Work with the project team to establish transformational workarounds when standard data migration principles and practices cannot be applied
  • Work with customer project resources to obtain all required data to perform data migrations into VMS technology, and apply Kelly’s data migration methodology

MANAGE BUSINESS PROCESS, TECHNOLOGY, CONFIGURATION AND DATA COMPONENTS, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, AND INTEGRATION CONSULTING FOR IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS

  • Provide subject matter expert- level design consultation, in the translation of customer requirements and processes, to a supportable solution and Technology configuration.
  • Collaborate with project team members and technology partners on complex implementation requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver program documentation, including but not limited to: Kick Off Presentations, Reporting, Surveys, Quick Reference Guides, Program Manual, Program Requirements Design
  • Lead client Discovery Sessions from a business process, technology, and data perspective.
  • Document future state Business Process and Technology Configuration requirements to successfully implement solution delivery and drive on time program launch.
  • Validate deliverables and milestones within the project schedule are accurate according to project scope.
  • Manage responsible Project workstream and execute all deliverables & milestones accordingly
  • Manage Requirements and System Validation Session
  • all required transactional data collection & applying Kelly’s data migration methodology for final preparation and migration into Technology to meet on-time with the planned program launch.
  • Maintain client and supplier relationships by building professional rapport, follow up consistently, and maintain ongoing contact and communication.
  • Raise risk/ issues to project team relating to the successful delivery of the overall implementation, as well as act as an escalation point for other team members when VMS partner expectations are not being met.
  • Provide support or take the lead on internal or external ad-hoc projects, to include but not limited to:
    • Program process, technology, or invoice redesign
    • Program remediation or sunset
    • Documentation support to include ESPMs                
    • Product Development
    • ERP Conversions, integrations support or data migrations
    • Supplier Spend Categorization exercises
  • Ability to define a VMS solutions design and configure the Technology to support Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO) and Master Vendor with Technology (MVwT) Programs.  In some cases, the MSP Consultant, jr. will perform configuration oversight to external resources performing this work on Kelly’s behalf to validate that the VMS solution design and configuration meets the requirements of the client and Kelly, and that the solution is operationally sustainable.
  • The MSP Consultant, jr. offers best practices and process improvements that deliver an effective solution to meet the business objectives of all clients.

DEVELOP INDUSTRY EXPERTISE, DOCUMENT AND DELIVER BEST PRACTICES ACROSS MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS

  • Continuous education in VMS strategic partner functionality
  • Participation in special project teams related to quality, departmental initiatives, employee empowerment and disaster recovery.
  • Assist other team members within, or outside the scope, of the MSP Consultant, jr. responsibilities/role, as appropriate and needed to support company business needs and objectives.
  • Strong ability to discuss, document and apply client specific configurations to VMS tools to design and deliver a client specific technology solution within an established timeline.
  • Strong ability to discern impacts of system integrations to the VMS system configuration and data migration requirements for integrations to both client and Kelly systems.
  • Develop effective workarounds when client business process is not supported by VMS software application or when standard data migration principles and practices cannot be applied.
  • Contribute and support to Sales & RFP responses for Business Process, Technology and/or Data, Change Management, and/or Integration questions that exemplify Kelly's subject matter expertise, experience and consultative approach to delivering an optimal client solution

Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years  Specific experience in an area of the MSP industry
  • 2-4 years  Large-scale program or project implementation experience
  • 2-4 years  Experience/exposure to large projects and initiatives
  • 2-4 years  Experience managing and transforming complex sets of data

Education:

·         Bachelor’s degree with technical or business focus, or equivalent work experience
