Kelly Services, a global workforce solutions company, is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for the KellyConnect organization. 
 
 
This individual provides financial and analytical support to the KellyConnect practice. They must have a functional understanding of financial processes and be able to handle complex projects, be detail-oriented and be able to work independently or on a team. They must have excellent Microsoft Excel and communication skills. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
 •  Develop and maintain complex financial models for Forecasting and Budgeting purposes
 •  Create detailed monthly invoices
 •  Track costs of changes due to requests from the customer 
 •  Provide support during pricing negotiations 
 •  Analyze financial and operational trends 
 •  Analyze the variances between forecasted and actual financial results
 •  Development of new reporting based on changes and the needs of the business 
 •  Perform analysis on data extracted from various databases and dashboards
 •  Provide ad hoc reporting to support Operations Management and functional teams within the organization

 
 Desirable Qualifications and Experience: 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
 •  5+ years of experience in accounting, budgeting, or finance role
 •  Strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills 
 •  Keen attention to detail 
 •  Ability to manage multiple projects
