Join the Best and Be the Best! As an Operations Lead at Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KOCG), you will join the Key Vantage Account team to connect people to work in ways that enrich their lives.

The Operations Lead (OL) role is a blend of Client Management and Team Leadership. You will own the operational and resource management for Key Vantage program(s) which includes development and implementation of strategic plans, operational objectives, processes, and skills to improve service delivery, engagement, and success. You will provide direct consultation to the Vantage Client and your Direct Reports and be responsible for meeting financial objectives and quality metrics. This role will work remotely with the potential need for onsite visits per Client request or program need.


• Responsible for the overall operational strategy, execution, and successful program delivery for one or more Key Vantage Programs

• Lead a talent acquisition delivery process that is scalable, efficient and ensures delivery of top talent to the client

• Continuously drive ongoing process improvements and enhancements to ensure the program meets all critical metrics and SLA requirements

• Lead a team of direct reports that could consist of Operation Managers and Talent Supply Chain Consultants

• Coach, mentor and ensure your team has the knowledge and tools to be successful

• Identify training gaps and learning opportunities for each team member. Ensure each team member participates in assigned and mandated training.

• Drive team performance through metrics management

• Build innovative and creative strategies to find the best talent to drive the overall recruiting and sourcing strategy, partnering with your team and other resources

• Serve as the pointed leader and primary liaison between Client & KellyOCG team/leadership; act as a Consultative Business Partner who works with Client’s Human Resources & Talent Acquisition teams to monitor and measure Client satisfaction, respond to concerns and proactively prevent future issues

• Construct and oversee all client reporting showcasing program success and/or address program opportunities; present and deliver quarterly business reviews with a strategic focus including overall global talent market insights

• Ownership and management of MSP program(s) P&L and all related financials; collaborate with Vantage General Manager and provide a monthly overview of P&L with gains/losses

• Meet and exceed Financial Targets for growth and budget.

• Act as the Workforce Solutions Consultant for your Clients, looking for additional opportunities to enhance their Talent Management Strategy and introduce other Kelly Product Solutions

• Collaborate with local Kelly staffing market to identify opportunities for growth by hosting a quarterly call

• Collaborate with Process Excellence to develop SOP’s for new processes and keep existing processes updated; Action with urgency the opportunities for improvement from MSP Health Assessments

Required Experience

• Operational Leadership experience – preferably within an Key Vantage Account environment
• Sourcing and Recruiting experience to include proactive and passive sourcing strategies (expert in advanced search techniques) and recruitment plans
• experience leading teams of 5 – 15 direct reports (onsite, offsite or virtual; geographically dispersed team management a plus)
• experience of direct Client management
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit and drive; thinks through situations methodically to uncover root cause and moves quickly to stay ahead of or solve problems before they arise
• Organized, attentive to detail and has strong time management, administrative leadership and customer service orientation
• Ability to construct, execute and present strategic recruiting strategies and program improvements
• Experienced at creating and delivering strategic Recruiting and Program metrics and presenting to senior leadership
• Strong understanding of P&Ls; experience meeting and/or exceeding financial budgets
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws & compliance
• Experienced user of Word, Excel & PowerPoint; working knowledge of various CRM, ATS and HRIS systems
• Quickly and strategically adapts to and get results in a fast paced, challenging and demanding work environment
• Capable of working independently in a self-directed capacity as well as in a team environment
• Easily builds trusting relationships with Client partners, KellyOCG leadership and peers
• Absorbs knowledge quickly and can implement and manage client specific processes; works well in diverse business cultures
• Effective communicator, bringing in a consultative approach to the client partnership
• Strong leader who loves building high performing teams that deliver successful program results
