Kelly Services a $5.5 billion world leader in workforce management services and human resources solutions seeks a virtual Learning Facilitator, Associate. This individual will deliver a best-in-class learning experience to new and current employees. The Associate Facilitator will lead classroom and virtual training of HQ and field employees and will have an opportunity to interact with all levels of employees and leadership. 

The main areas of responsibility for this position include:
1. Training preparation and training facilitation
2. Training related projects and administrative functions
3. Customer service to learners

Additional Responsibilities:
Training Facilitation: With support of a co-facilitator and/or closely utilizing facilitator guides, conduct interactive virtual instructor led and classroom training and utilize learning techniques to educate, discuss and practice new skills and knowledge.  Training delivery will be engaging and focused on adult learning theory. Develop expertise on assigned training content and best practices through ongoing personal development and engagement with the business; including shadowing opportunities. Conduct small group or 1:1 coaching sessions as outlined in the curriculum or when appropriate at the direction of the Learning Facilitation Manager. 

Training Related Projects and Administration: With direction, the Associate Facilitator will support ongoing tasks related to tracking and coordination of training.  This includes administrative functions, such as scheduling, entering rosters or attendance, maintaining and updating training events, sessions and recordings related to courses. 

Communication & Collaboration: Actively participate as a SME in cross-functional projects; internally as well as to stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely updates on class progress to leadership. Research, respond to and resolve internal customer questions in a timely manner and with a service excellence focus. 

Program & Performance Optimization: Identify areas of opportunity for learners and seek out methods for improvement of program and present ideas to team & leadership.

Skills Required:
• Ability to successfully engage a group of learners in a virtual environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic learning culture

Preferred Skills:
• Experience training recruiting or sales topics or technical skills
• Knowledge of Instructional Design Principals and Adult Learning Methodology
• Familiarity with Adobe Classroom, Microsoft Office, LMS Software, or similar programs

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent industry experience) in HR, Education, Org Development, Marketing, or similar
• 1 year+ experience -Trainer, Learning Facilitator, Recruiter, AE, Instructional Design, Teaching
