8816 - Recruiter (Professional & Industrial) - Hybrid - Denver, CO
The Recruiter role is instrumental in Kelly’s overall success with our large strategic customers. Success in this role will be highly impacted by the Recruiter's ability to develop collaborative working relationships with both internal and external customers.

Experience in Recruiting a plus but not required
Hybrid role 3 days in office - 2 days either local travel for hiring events, client visits or remote work.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals both internally and externally is essential
Must be innovative in their approach and be able to operate successfully in ambiguous situations
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment, strong problem solving, decision-making skills and ability to prioritize are required.
Manage time and competing priorities while remaining committed to established processes and documentation requirements
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, job boards and applicant tracking systems
Salary: $52-$55K/yr Plus Incentive Program and benefits package
