Your Opportunity for Impact

The Power Platform Governance and Adoption (PPGA) engineer contributes to Kelly’s mission for increasing the utilization and adoption of the Power Platform. This role will also focus on properly governing and communicating with the three main developer groups of the IT Global Applications, Automation Enablement Center (AEC), and citizen developers.  


·         Create documentation for the governance of the Power Platform working with the principal architects and leadership who are responsible for the design and operation of all the Power App environments.

·         Create PowerBi Reporting on Power Platform utilization (users and volumes)

·         Canvas Power Apps

·         Model Driven Power Apps

·         Cloud Flows

·         Desktop Flows

·         Power Pages

·         Virtual Agents

·         Makers

·         Integrations

·         Work with AEC team:

·         Ensure development projects have appropriate resources.

·         Help develop training plans and courses for the citizen developer community

·         Alert operations leadership of any applications/flows built that:

·         Apps that fall outside of the developer’s scope

·         Write to an identified “source of truth” repository

·         Have a large user base across multiple departments/organizations

·         Work with peers to build any necessary integrations with other solutions for data exchange or reference lookup. 


·         3 years’ experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate 

·         1 year experience with Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) starter kit

·         1 year experience with Microsoft PowerBi

·         1 year experience with Microsoft Dataverse

·         2 years’ of business analyst experience 

·         3 years’ of technical writing experience 

·         2 years’ experience with Microsoft O365 Administration (desired) 

·         2 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desired)

·         1 years’ experience with Microsoft PowerShell (desired) 

·         1 years’ experience with Microsoft DevOps (desired) 

·         1 years’ experience with Microsoft LogicApp (desired)
