As a Senior Recruiter with KellyOCG you will independently recruit highly qualified external candidates for professional & managerial positions across the business. You will partner with HR, hiring managers, & senior business leaders to understand position specifications & qualifications. In addition, you will develop & implement recruitment plans to quickly fill positions with top talent, while leading candidates through the selection process with a focus on extraordinary customer service & frequent/transparent communication.


Essential Functions:

• Build a talent pool for consideration for current & future openings by utilizing strategic & creative recruitment & sourcing techniques.

• Present opportunities to passive candidates & court candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Partner with aligned leaders on understanding current & future staffing needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on market information as it relates to searches & influence hiring decisions & next steps for candidates in consideration.

• Develop effective recruitment plans & strategies, which may include handling third party search firm referrals by acting as the main liaison between an agency & internal customer(s).

• Review & appropriately handle sensitive employment &/or competition agreement issues, which may periodically arise.

• Work on complex HR projects & identify & implement process improvements.


Skills Required:

• Must have business level German language skills

• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills

• Experience operating in a consultative &/or advisory capacity

• Strong interpersonal, listening, negotiation, social and decision-making skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines

• Ability to make independent decisions and act on them accordingly

• Ability to recruit/source candidates possessing various skills sets for a wide variety of profiles & business units
