We believe KellyOCG is a great place to work, and we support a diverse and inclusive culture where employees bring their whole and authentic selves to work! We are currently looking for a Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSCC) to join a well-established global program. This role puts you at the heart of the MSP program, providing expertise to hiring managers and facilitating the procurement of temporary and/or contract employees. Combining experience in overall workforce management in the labor market as well as recruitment knowledge you are the first point of contact for each manager and supplier.

Main responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Be the single point of contact for your client and suppliers
  • Use a consultative approach to both client and supply base
  • Connect internally with central support services and any other internal service needed to ensure compliant and smooth program operations

Program Support & Daily Operations

  • Perform consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and determine best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent
  • Apply both client and market data to provide guidance and set expectations for realistic recruiting cycle timelines
  • Monitor daily progress of open and aging requisitions (job postings) and follow up accordingly
  • Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions (by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Support the financial processes related to timecard & expense management, invoicing and corrections

Supplier Management

-          Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues.  Escalate as appropriate-

Negotiate bill rates to ensure that they are aligned with current market rates and the client’s cost containment strategy

-          Pro-actively identify supply base management needs (potential gaps or performance related issues)

Technology Support

  • Develop thorough understanding of functionality and capabilities of Vendor Management Tool (VMS) used to deliver and run the program
  • Support Technology updates by providing overview of new functionality to both client and supplier as necessary
  • Develop strong knowledge of technology in order to be able to operate efficiently and trouble-shoot simple issues when client or Suppliers escalate.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Continuously educate client sponsors and supply base on the program processes (including technology piece)
  • Show willingness and interest in new projects and participate where needed in improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to assess a candidate against criteria, use of program data to educate customer, supplier and drive change
  • Fluent in English, any Nordic or German language skills are a plus
  • First relevant experience within recruiting and/or staffing,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both in one-on-one and in group settings, with both internal and external audiences)
  • Ability to multitask, attention to detail
  • Technical proficiency (e.g., MS Office, internet, VMS tools) – eager to learn & discover new technology
  • 10% travel, as needed
