The Recruiter position is the hub of the Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) recruiting process and the initial contact with our therapist candidates. The Recruiter will work
closely with our Clinical Directors and other staff to recruit, screen, and
onboard our independent contractor team. This position requires a creative and logistical thinker who is process
oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Develop position profiles for job postings
- Develop strategy and activity for sourcing of qualified candidates
- Contact and screen candidates
- Coordinate communications, submittals, and interview schedules to Clinical Directors
- Coordinate social media postings with PTS’s Marketing Coordinator for job vacancies
- Perform occasional initial interviews of therapists
- Manage CRM Database of all applicants
- Coordinate contact with assorted vendors that may include outside staffing/recruitment firms; advertising representatives; professional organizations
- Represent PTS at job fairs and specialty education conferences as assigned
- Track and report on recruiting analytics
- Complete other miscellaneous support and recruitment activities as needed
- Budgeting of sponsored postings
- Interview candidates per Clinical Director request
- Provide Clinical Director with feedback about candidates
- Offer therapist a contract per Clinical Director request
- Other duties as assigned
Does this sound like you?
· 1-2 years of experience in healthcare/therapy services recruiting, onboarding, training, performing screens and/or interviewing required
- Applicant Tracking System experience-preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with recruiting via social media
- Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required; candidates must be able to see projects through from start to completion
- Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written
- Willing to be a team player and take on additional tasks if needed
- Able to take direction and prioritize tasks from multiple managers and ability to adapt and shift attention as needed
- Ability to recognize if certain recruiting efforts are not working and redirect budget and resources
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Communication via telephone and computer
- The ability to traverse office environment
- Occasional travel required
