Kelly Services is currently seeking a professional who will provide operational support for KellyOCG’s Services Procurement Product team. The successful candidate will be focused on program service delivery and provide operational excellence across the portfolio of KellyOCG SOW programs.

Work hours may require some flexibility to accommodate time zones within the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific, however primary work hours will be aligned to GMT and Greater Europe Time Zones.

Tasks may include: 

  • Consulting with client stakeholders to determine appropriate path for engaging talent which includes guiding managers to proper buying channels and helping ensure they follow company guidelines
  • Conducting SOW quality and compliance reviews
  • Translating service requirements into a digital statement of work within a client’s vendor management system
  • Creating a PR/PO and Goods Receipt in Client’s P2P system
  • Monitoring change requests and updating in VMS
  • Facilitating competitive bids within VMS (Vendor Management System) tool
  • Creating, maintaining and enhancing program documentation such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions and process flows
  • Establishing and managing relationships between the Suppliers, Client Managers, Procurement and other Stakeholders
  • Capture learnings from program activities and initiatives to integrate into overall practice standards and ensure learnings are translated into continuous improvements and product evolution
  • Assisting with the development of new tools and processes 
  • Analyzing supplier rates and market benchmarking
  • Producing standard and ad-hoc reports from technology platforms, analyzing trends and presenting results.
  • Assisting with supplier performance scorecarding and management
  • Act as a cooperative and contributing team member of the program, delivering a high level of service

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven practical experience in supply chain, legal studies, HR, operations or management
  • Proven years of relevant work and school experience which can include internships, co-ops, research, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening 
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require detail orientation
  • Ability to contribute effectively to a team environment 
  • Ability to be flexible and comfortable with ambiguity in a changing environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to be a self-starter 
  • Efficient time management skills 
  • Functional PC and internet skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other internet-based web tools.
  • Client-facing Customer service experience preferred
  • Prior experience or exposure to supporting indirect services categories such as consulting, IT services, engineering services preferred
  • Prior experience with VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass or Beeline preferred
