We are seeking an Onsite Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor in the Mansfield, MA area. This position will be responsible for supervising multiple employees and coordinating activities of the department to ensure that the departments meet the goals of the company in regard to volume, cost, and quality standards.


The schedule for this role will be rotating from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am (Overnight)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for hiring, interviewing, and training employees.
  • Responsible for performance and appraisal of employees
  • Analyze work orders to estimate workers’ hours and create a schedule for production.
  • Computes amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules and requisitions materials from storage area.
  •  Interprets specifications, drawings, and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
  •  Plan flow of materials through departments and develops physical layout of machines according to work orders.
  •  Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met or job order status is communicated.
  •  Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.
  •  Directs works in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products that fail to meet standards.
  •  Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
  •  Develops, recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
  •  Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or work crew. Recommends capital equipment justifications of machine tools and process technology to improve quality, cost and cycle times.
  •  SQF/ISO requirements compliance

Requirements:
  • 3 years of Supervising experience
  • 1-year Manufacturing experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Experience with Manufacturing Systems, Inventory Systems and Microsoft Office
