B. Position Summary:

 

 

 

 

 

         Position requires the candidate to be flexible to work in shift, including nights, as per business requirement

 

         Candidate should be flexible to work on weekends as per business requirements

 

 

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)

 

 

 

1.         Enhance and support web portal and mobile responsiveness for client for front end, application server, rule engine, database activities

 

2.         Update APIs relating to frequent changes by all the 20+ integrated insurers

 

3.         Add/update changes to Products

 

4.         Add/update changes to business and product rules

 

5.         Close support tickets opened by business team

 

6.         Enhance B2B/ 2C integration with partners like RAMP

 

7.         Upgrade open source software to keep up with new features in the software

 

8.         Fix existing bugs

 

9.         Support Petrol pump geo fencing app

 

10.         Manage and support Amazon Web Service infrastructure

 

11.         Automate troubleshooting and improve architecture

 

12.         POSP or Agents Portal related support
