Qualification: BE , Diploma , B.Com

Skillsets: Material Management , Order Management , Supplier Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Arrange and modify Customer order plans and schedules according to production capacity and delivery requirement.
• Distribute  production plans and tasks to teams to ensure that plans and tasks are achieved in production unit and co ordination with logistics .
• Reschedule and fine-tune Customer orders in accordance to order changes and urgent situations.
• Production management by providing information of problem solving due to customer order changes, materials status, capacity problems and so on.
• Review and control of order required delivery Vs Actual Delivery Performance.
• Supplier order Management of parts procurement, schedules , Purchase orders processing and control of delivery from suppliers.

Job Description:

• Contribute to optimize Customer order Management and supplier procurement process and methods to improve efficiency.
• Inventory Control and analysis.
• Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties
• Continuously communicate with team leaders to check Customer orders and purchase orders on suppliers.
• Coordination with all CFT teams.
• Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience in order management and procurement.
