 Your Role 


The Program Manager is responsible for the management of strategic and operational activities and assigned staff across the APAC region. They must interface with a variety of stakeholders including the client sponsors, internal sponsors, end-users, and suppliers


Major Duties and Responsibilities 


  • Manage the execution of standard practice processes and protocols.
  • Ensure documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, work instructions and task instructions - client specific.
  • Respond to, analyse, and provide solutions to operational performance feedback.
  • Be accountable to practice standards and initiatives.
  • Manage and deliver to the contract and Service Feature Matrix (SFM); and manage client expectations and change requests.
  • Prepare and deliver operational reviews on a regular basis in accordance with practice standards and specific customer requirements.
  • Forecast volume and workforce resources.
  • Manage and/or adapt standard and efficient operating procedures for clients.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of internal operation support.
  • Recognize impacts to profit and loss on account and recommends operational changes accordingly.
  • Manage program supply base (CWO).
  • Ensure proper and effective configuration of VM Technology (CWO)
  • Assist the hiring managers with job spec creation and market rate information according to the role, set expectations for and consult on interview planning and preparation.
  • Broadcast requisitions to approved suppliers using e-technology tool and act as liaison for any questions related to open requisitions
  • Exercise screening techniques that ensure only high-quality résumés are forwarded to the customer for review.
  • Coordinate the candidate interview process on behalf of the hiring managers.
  • Confirm assignment logistics between hiring manager and supplier regarding the contractors’assignment information (i.e., start and end date, location, rates, hours, etc).
  • Manage candidate offers; negotiating on pricing and terms as necessary to ensure best quality at best price for the customer.
  • Consult with suppliers as necessary to resolve any issues with candidate identification for difficult to fill positions and work with the customer if necessary to adjust the requirements.
  • Effectively manage requisition time to fill against program SLA’s
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and building of strategic relationships.
  • Identify and engage in activities that support mutual short and long term strategies.
  • Analyze performance goals and service level agreements to ensure we are meeting and surpassing expectations.
  • Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation processes are maintained and escalate when necessary.
  • Use analytics to drive consultative solutions, strategy and program improvements.


Skill sets Required

  • 5 to 7 years consulting, Project Management, Talent Acquisition (recruiting, account management / customer facing), Operations Management or Procurement/Supply Chain (CWO Specific) experience needed
  • People management preferred
  • Understands HR/Staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, screening, talent management, recruiting, employment law, contract language etc preferred.



Education:   Diploma or Bachelor’s equivalent

Experience:  5- 7 years
