The Operations Shared Services Center is seeking a Shared Services Specialist/Onboardng Specialist to perform administrative 
task such as data entry, sending direct deposit information and updating screenings.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Monitor notifications in various forms, for example, emails, Salesforce, SharePoint, vendor websites, VMS tools, etc.
• Validate incoming submittals and requests
• Follow up with various organizations for missing information (inbound and outbound calls, emails, etc.)
• Update tools (i.e., KSN, Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) with various (talent, screening, onboarding, etc.) information
• Coordinate medical screenings including hearing test, respirator fit test, ect as required by customer 
• Support audits as needed
• Use understanding of documentation (i.e., process flows, work instructions, eDocs, Kelly policy, etc.) to answer and respond accurately to inquiries (i.e., calls, emails, requests in Salesforce, etc.) from internal/external individuals and organizations
• Manage workflow activity by facilitating communication between various organizations and customers (and/or talent) via email and taking required actions in tools (i.e., KSN, Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Complete reports, as needed
• Follow specific work instructions for tools as needed
• Customer Service
• Interact and respond to support requests from various customers, internal and external, for example, talent, vendors, other Kelly organizations

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Two year degree or equivalent. Field of study: General or Business
• Years of experience: 2-3 years in a business-coordinator, customer service/call center, analyst, project specialist type of role

Desirable Skill Set: 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish/English)
• Bi-Lingual required (Spanish/English)
• Knowledge of employee screening and employment compliance policies
• Ability to support employment job fair (high volume) 
• Proficient computer skills-internet, Windows environment, email, MS word and excel
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritized and meet timelines 
• Data entry ability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented
