B. Position Summary:
IV.Assisting the COO in managing the corporate development, operations, business verticals, support functions, growth and profitability.
V.Support the COO in managing complete P&L, Marketing, Sales, Hiring and taking this company to desired level, achieving topline as per company goals.
VI.Help prepare Organization and BU wise strategy and follow up and track all actions which comes out of various reviews.
VII.Support in Approval Process and review the data before coming for approval of COO
VIII.Help set up BU wise regular reviews of strategies, Financial, Budget v/s actuals, Operational strategy, Market strategy etc.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
a) Establish and maintain the portfolio/program/project structure that aligns our delivery with our organizational goal
b) Optimize stakeholder engagement to facilitate effective program control by establishing group goals and KPIs
c) Participate in definition of organizational controls, standards to plan and execute.
d) Manage compliance across all processes, develop process improvements and process strategy
e) Provide administrative and reporting support to the business operations across locations
f) Ensuring that delivery status is tracked and communicated and issues managed to resolution
g) Monitor project resourcing to ensure optimal resourcing of work demand within applicable budget parameters
h) Maximize effective use of resources through tactical resource prioritization and strategic workforce planning
i) Plan and execute budget planning, maintain an accurate forecast of all prioritized costs for projects
j) Track actual spend vs budget and ensure all variances are acknowledged and have documented approval for all business verticals
k) Provide a rigorous process for review and management of significant delivery risks
l) Establish and implement an engagement plan that effectively involves internal and external stakeholders in achieving our delivery objectives
