The position

As a you Patient Access Manager/ Project Manager you will be supporting Price Business Case (PBCs) processes with all related components (verification of data, market analysis, price analysis etc.), you will be aligning and communicating accordingly with related with related stakeholders while conducting PBC processes (BAMEAC PA Managers, affiliate access & commercial, IO access responsible)  System & database maintenance related tasks for price management (p360, T-REX & Qliksense). You will be ensuring PBC planning processes run smoothly with the affiliates and support selected markets for PBC preparation process where required.

 

You will be ensuring efficient partnering to BU Directors and access teams in affiliates; External Affairs team in Region SEEMEA & IO. You will be one point of contact towards key stakeholders and selected markets.

 

You will be supporting business processes and projects in BAMEAC Countries (new launch planning, strategy workshops, Game Plan, AB/RE processes etc.). You proactively generate smart business updates and data-driven decisions. You support delivery of Access-related content for BAMEAC Commercial Academy.

 

Qualifications

You need to have the below knowledge and skills.

Min 4 years of relevant experience in business, preferably in demand planning, forecasting, pricing, analysis, marketing, health economics

Experience and exposure to pricing highly desired

Some experience with project management is desired

Preferred knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

Regional/ affiliate experience is a plus

Proficient with relevant tools, extensive knowledge of MS Office, SAP etc.

 

As a you Patient Access Manager/ Project Manager you should have strong analytical skills, good coordination and collaboration skills, strong problem solving skills, effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders with various interest, should be pro-activeness, you should have  the ability to handle and prioritise several tasks, fluent in oral and written English, cross cultural understanding and international mindset, ability to travel to Business Area and some markets, you should be a team player and should have can-do mind-set
