Lead Generation - The primary focus of this role is to speak with both inbound and outbound leads (potential and existing customers) to set meetings for our sales teams. This includes the identification of new sales opportunities, assessment of incoming sales leads, and identification of decision makers at prospective and current customers related to the purchase of services and products sold by the KellyOCG sales team. 


Major Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Outbound Leads: Working off of a script, contact the client company by making “cold calls” and/or follow-up calls to assess the size, scope and appropriate contact for the opportunity.
  • Inbound Leads: Analyze the sales opportunities and determine sales team best suited to pursue.  Provide sales team with client briefings needed to pursue the opportunity based on Lead Management Process.
  • Referrals / Webinar Leads / Purchased Lists: Follow-up to develop prospective sales leads and determine if contact is buyer, place in buying cycle, and potential solution.
  • Research: Work with the research team to conduct research to qualify leads and determine the appropriate sales team to pursue identified sales opportunities based on a formal Lead Management Process.
  • Solutions: Remain knowledgeable on basic components of KellyOCG’s solutions and the areas we are differentiated in the marketplace.  Use this knowledge to identify opportunities as you speak with leads or existing clients.
  • Documentation: Ensure contact information is documented appropriately in CRM.


Skill sets Required

  • Marketing & cold calling



  • Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 3-5 years in the capacity of Inside sales, outbound sales, lead generation, marketing, cold calling, social lead generation.
