Role Overview:

The requirement is as follows

Good Accounting knowledge managing month end close process, journal processing, Balance Sheet reconciliations, open items ageing with analysis and clearance, SOP preparation, SLA adherence, Involving in Project and process improvement initiatives, basic knowledge about process controls/internal controls

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.         Perform daily tasks –

         related to bank account postings

         Fixed Asset creation, disposal and adjustments

         Follow up and clearance of Balance Sheet open items

         Address and resolve queries related to RTR function

2.Prepare and post month end close journals in accordance with Controls and compliance framework

3.Perform Balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely submission and quality of reconciliations

4.Timely follow up and clearance of Balance Sheet open items with proper action plan for all open items

5.Ensure adherence to SLA and KPIs as per the agreed standards

6.Manage all ad-hoc queries across journals, reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Reporting

7.Ensure timely updation/preparation of SOPs

8.Work closely with Team Leaders and Quality team on continuous improvement projects

9.Ensure timely completion of testing, performance and submission of controls in line with Controls and Compliance framework

10.Provide support to the team by providing adequate supporting documentation and satisfactory query resolution related to internal audits, external audits, controls and compliance audits

11.Actively participate in all employee engagement activities

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in managing the above RTR related tasks. SAP experience is an added advantage
