The Recruiting Administrator position is responsible for providing onboarding & screening support within a designated geography. The position is responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of tasks, including those related to the registration of talent, screenings, file maintenance and administration. Will be responsible of ensuring the integrity of the data, compliance as well as the protection of personal private information.

THIS IS A VIRTUAL CONTRACT ROLE- LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT WILL BE 4-6 MONTHS. 

How you'll contribute to your team...
  • Entering data in front office systems, managing e-registration, I9 and any other misc. final hiring paperwork; ordering/following up on/documenting screening results (background/drug screens/any screenings specific to a product), processing 
  • WOC paperwork, filing employee records, purging employee records. Ensure adherence to state/local laws with each of these duties. 
  • Develop a strong understanding and become a subject matter expert regarding State Specific laws. 
  • Follow Kelly Hiring, Screening & Travel standard operation procedures. 
  • Coordinate health/medical screenings including TB tests, hearing tests, respirator fit tests, etc.

  • Review customer ESPM, KSN or CAD requirements to ensure appropriate screenings are run.
  • Provide high quality, accurate, and timely administrative support to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
