Recruitment MSP Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager, to run one of our major MSP programs based in Switzerland. You will have overall responsibility for the day to day management, the scope of this function will include leading the service delivery for the program.

What you will be doing for us?

  • You will play a major role in developing the culture of the program to ensure it remains customer-focused and motivated by outstanding processes and metrics. Lead the implementation and execution of service delivery processes including program plans, budgets, and work breakdown structure 
  • Utilise the Shared Service Center and other suppliers as appropriate to ensure a flawless and efficient execution of all services provided 
  • Lead and empower a team of employees to perform at outstanding levels through defining clear expectations, delegation, training, empowerment, mentoring, recognition, corrective action, career development; crafting an environment in which employees can achieve their full potential
  • Monitor the achievement of program goals and SLAs, financial performance, service delivery, recruiting and retention, business retention, business growth
  • Develop process improvements and efficiencies to continuously improve customer service while reducing the cost of services 
  • Lead key strategic programs that promote accelerated growth for the product specialty


Qualifications and Experience

  • Extensive experience, with partner management/influencing
  • Strong experience in the staffing industry, with a Managed Service Provider (MSP), or other outsourcing /consulting related field.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English are both crucial for this role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fact paced, evolving team environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing and effectively leading multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficient in developing high level relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Superb communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and listening) with the ability to conduct, develop, and deliver presentations to Senior Management.
  • Effectively work as a peer to other recruiting Leads in order to build efficiencies and foster a solid team environment
  • Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
  • The position will require travel to customer locations as required and experience of working across multiple countries would be an advantage.
