Tasks & Responsibilities
As a sales manager you contribute significantly to our overall success. You are Kelly’s business card, you promote our image and supervise, manage and expand our sales business with strong focus on Finance/Office/IT. You will generate new customers and grow branch revenue by ensuring to utilize your full potential
- Acquisition of new clients and support for existing clients
- Proactively develop sales opportunities from a variety of business product categories
- Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets
- Convey the values and mission of Kelly to the clients
- Build-up a strong employer brand
- Public relations and maintenance of the network in the local environment
