About the role

In the role of the Intercompany Senior Analyst, you will be part of the new team who builds the Business Services Centre in Delhi; transitioning the existing processes into the Centre and being responsible for Inventory management for the company.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Intercompany Billing and netting process

Intercompany AP/AR & control account reconciliation

Intercompany statements preparation and review

Resolving Intercompany out of balance

Transfer pricing adjustments

Balance sheet reconciliation

Ensuring compliance with internal control system

Answering internal and external queries received ensuring high quality of responses in order to increase customer satisfaction

Supporting Team Leader with organizational and administrational initiatives

Coaching other team members using knowledge and experience

Taking part in transition, making sure knowledge is acquired and documented

Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders

Collaborating with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardization

Creating and updating DTPs and any knowledge management files

 

 

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Record to Report department

Record to Report end to end process

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP experience as a must

Transition experience including writing and updating procedures, process maps

Good analytical skills and attention to details

Commitment to service excellence, process improvements and automation

Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Fluency in English
