We’re currently supporting a fast-moving, mission-driven client in the aerospace and AI space, and we’re looking for a collaborative and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join the team remotely.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles across aerospace and AI hardware/software domains.  
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and help scale critical functions.  
• Strategically source and engage top-tier, often hard-to-reach, technical talent across LATAM.  
• Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience from initial contact through close.  
  Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support hiring initiatives and workforce planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in aerospace, hardware, or deep tech.  
• Proven ability to close senior-level and technical roles with a thoughtful, strategic sourcing approach.  
• Experience supporting high-growth startups or innovation-driven organizations. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to inclusive hiring practices.  
• Must be based in LATAM and comfortable working remotely across global time zones.
