Ihre Aufgaben

Service Desk Specialists handle the communication between our employees, the development and IT operations teams. Contacts need to be handled via the ITSM toolset or by phone. The Service Desk Specialists assures the quality of tickets by checking for completeness, resolves tickets with the help of knowledge base articles or coordinates the tickets with the 2nd or 3rd level support.

  • Ticket handling, qualification, quality assurance and completion.
  • Alignment of service with 2nd/3rd level.
  • Creating Knowledge base articles for the first level support
  • Coordinating tasks within the team in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Managing and improving ITIL processes and 1st resolution rate.
  • Reporting and monitoring of tickets.
  • User Management according to approval process.
  • Preparing and accompanying IT audits.

Damit punkten Sie bei uns

  • Vocational training with relevant working experience or equivalent desirable
  • Understanding of Software development processes 
  • Technical skills: IT Basics, Infrastructure, Databases, Development tools
  • Good MS Office utilization level
  • Customer orientation, Problem solving and Communication skills
  • Organizational skills (ability to collect, organize, analyze, and share information)
  • Experience in working in an ITIL process conform environment
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
